About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Pastry / Line Cook to support daily production of pastries, desserts, sandwiches, wraps, and hot line items. This role is ideal for someone who works clean, fast, and consistently, with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
– Pastry production — Prepare cookies, bars, cakes, and daily baked items
– Line cooking — Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and hot items during service
– Recipe execution — Follow standardized recipes and portioning
– Station setup — Maintain a clean, organized workstation
– Quality control — Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
– Inventory support — Assist with prep lists, stock rotation, and receiving items
