We’re looking for a Coordinator to support our growth and work closely with partners and clients to ensure the platform is actually used and creates real value.
What you’ll be doing
Support building and maintaining partnerships with NGOs and development organizations
Assist in outreach, follow-ups, and communication with potential clients
Coordinate onboarding for new organizations
Follow up with clients to ensure smooth adoption and usage
Support customer success efforts and long-term engagement
Work closely with internal teams to improve client experience
Who we’re looking for
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Interest in NGOs, technology, and social impact
Detail-oriented and proactive
Previous experience in coordination, sales support, or NGOs is a plus
