Role Overview

We are looking for a Partnership & Strategic Development Manager who will become an integral team member and will  drive growth in the Saudi Arabian market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a solid background in IT consulting. You will be responsible to identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and close deals with enterprise and mid-market clients not as a hired person, but as a business partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market entry and growth strategy for Saudi Arabia
• Identify, approach, and convert to new clients in need of team scaling solutions or cost optimisation approaches
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Understand client needs and position Opticoteam’s services effectively
• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Track pipeline performance and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience in IT consulting / technology services sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Established network in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage
