Our platform helps people move, train, and stay consistent by connecting fitness businesses, wearable data, and digital wellness experiences into one scalable ecosystem.
We are at the beginning of our growth journey and looking for a Founding Partnership Manager who can build strategic relationships with gyms, studios, wellness brands, and health-tech companies.
This is not a traditional account management role.
We are looking for someone who can open doors, identify commercial opportunities, and close partnerships that create real growth.
THE ROLE:
As our Founding Partnership Manager, you will own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and leading negotiations to structuring deals and building long-term strategic relationships.

3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales

A NOTE ON COMPENSATION:
This is currently an equity-only role.
There is no fixed salary at this stage.
We are intentionally transparent about this because we are looking for people who genuinely believe in the vision and want to help build something with long-term potential.
