Classera is looking for a Partners Success Supervisor – Mid-Senior to join our team in Riyadh.
The role will focus on managing partner relationships, supporting successful LMS adoption, and ensuring a smooth experience for educational institutions across the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support partner accounts within the education sector.
- Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and continuous usage of Classera LMS.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and educational institutions.
- Follow up on partner needs, issues, and requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and partner satisfaction.
- Support training, enablement, and awareness sessions when needed.
Requirements
- Saudi national.
- Based in Riyadh.
- 3+ years of experience in E-learning, LMS, EdTech, Partner Success, or Customer Success.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous client-facing experience within the education sector is preferred.
- Strong follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Classera LMS is a plus.
