We are seeking a part-time or full-time logistics coordinator to support operations across import, export, freight forwarding, and customs clearance activities. Key Responsibilities – Coordinate logistics and freight forwarding operations – Handle import, export, and customs clearance requirements – Liaise with customs clearance agencies, carriers, and relevant stakeholders – Manage shipping and clearance documentation – Track shipment progress and resolve operational issues Required Knowledge and Skills – Practical understanding of freight forwarding operations – Working knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations – Familiarity with import and export procedures and shipping documentation – Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams – Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ability to document processes and transfer operational knowledge effectively to peers Candidate Profile – Execution-focused and results-driven – Able to work independently with minimal supervision – Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is required
