ies: Manage the end-to-end overseas recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of international candid
ates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet manpower
needs. Build and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies, job boards, and sourcing partners to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified cand
idates. Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and suitability for assigned po
sitions. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, immigration regulations, and visa requ
irements. Coordinate overseas recruitment campaigns, virtual interviews, assessment centers, and international hiri
ng events. Prepare and issue employment offers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved compensation and benefits
structures. Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and provide regular reports to
