Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for an Outdoor Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The role includes managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with teams to enhance hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and effectively communicating employer branding. You will focus on sourcing and attracting top talent for diverse roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and talent sourcing
• Proficiency in Interviewing and managing Recruiting processes
• Skills in Hiring strategies and building strong pipelines
• Experience with Employer Branding to attract talent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and manage priorities
• Previous experience in staffing for the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
