Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Organizer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Organizer will work directly with clients to understand their vision and develop customized home organization plans. Responsibilities include decluttering and organizing spaces, sourcing and implementing suitable solutions, and maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of clients’ homes. The role may also involve training household staff or scheduling follow-up maintenance to ensure long-term organization and upkeep of spaces.
Qualifications
- Expertise in organization techniques, decluttering, and space optimization
- Experience in creating and executing custom design and layout plans
- Strong skills in sourcing, evaluating, and utilizing organizing products and tools
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and interior styling
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong time management and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with luxury home design and organization standards is a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality, interior design, or project management is advantageous
