Job Description

• 10 to 12 Yrs. experience with product designing and implementation of Fusion HCM projects.
• 6 Years experience in strong Functional knowledge on HR applications (Fusion HCM)
• Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
• Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
• HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
• Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
• Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Web Api call.
• OTBI and BI publisher reports.
• Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
• Workflow Email notification template changes.
• Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
• At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead
• Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and
• application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
