Job Description:
About the Role: We need an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud Financials across our enterprise. You will work directly with Finance stakeholders to deliver solutions, not just gather requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses
- Lead requirement workshops and produce functional design documents
- Manage UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
- Handle period-end close support and post-go-live hypercare
- Mentor junior team members
What You Need
- 7+ years Oracle ERP experience, with 5+ years on Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Hands-on configuration across all core Finance modules
- At least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong knowledge of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes
- Oracle Cloud Finance certification (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Oracle EPM Cloud or Procurement Cloud exposure
- IFRS / GAAP knowledge
- Prior consulting firm experience
