Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to provide L2/L3 application support in a live operational environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Saudi Payroll, along with hands-on experience in post-go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Application Support & Issue Resolution
- Provide L2/L3 functional support to business stakeholders across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve:
- System defects
- Data issues
- Configuration gaps
- User-reported incidents
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document recurring issues with improvement recommendations.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution aligned with SLAs.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support to log, track, and resolve Service Requests (SRs).
- Support:
- OTBI reports, BI Publisher (BIP), and dashboards
- Data correction, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Ensure data integrity across all HCM modules.
- Participate in monthly governance meetings with business and IT leadership.
Enhancements & Change Requests
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis and feasibility assessments.
- Configure system changes and support:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Facilitate deployment and production release activities.
Required Experience & Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP HCM.
- Strong expertise in:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Saudi Payroll (mandatory)
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations.
- Strong post go-live support experience in a live system.
- Solid understanding of:
- Integrations
- Workflow configurations
- Security
- Reporting tools (OTBI/BIP)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Logs, audits, and diagnostics for troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (preferred).
