Oracle Finance Leader Full Time

Deloitte is looking for a Oracle Finance Lead to drive business-facing finance workstreams on impactful transformation programs. If you’re a strong process thinker, love turning complexity into clear requirements, and enjoy leading stakeholders across Finance and Technology, this role is for you.

Working in local and global teams on Oracle projects in Israel and abroad, from advisory through implementation to ongoing support and maintenance.

Involvement in AI-driven projects, leveraging advanced data and analytics capabilities to enhance financial processes and decision-making.

How your day will look like:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud Finance applications.
• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud Finance applications, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to clients in the adoption of Oracle Cloud Finance applications, including end-user training and change management.
• Identify and recommend improvements to client business processes and system functionalities.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle Cloud Finance implementation.

Skills and experience:

• A strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills, ability to define and outline business requirements.
• Finance, Accounting, or related field experience.
• Experienced with Oracle.
• Self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills and technical orientation.
