We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database & WebLogic Administrator to manage Oracle database environments and Oracle WebLogic Server platforms, ensuring stability, performance, security, backup readiness, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Oracle Database environments
• Manage user/security administration, space management, performance tuning, and capacity planning
• Implement backup and recovery strategies using RMAN
• Monitor database health using OEM, AWR/ASH, alert logs, and OS-level diagnostics
• Configure and manage Data Guard and high availability/failover practices
• Support database cloning, refresh, and DEV/UAT/PROD provisioning
• Install and administer Oracle WebLogic Server domains, clusters, and managed servers
• Deploy and manage Java applications, data sources, JMS, Work Managers, and connection pools
• Perform WebLogic patching, upgrades, backup/restore, and configuration management
• Monitor and tune WebLogic performance including JVM, threads, heap, logs, and diagnostics
• Configure SSL/TLS, certificates, wallets, keystores, and secure communication
• Troubleshoot issues across WebLogic, ORDS/APEX, load balancers, and reverse proxies

Qualifications:
