We are seeking a highly organized and technically minded professional to support our growing installation, service, logistics, and field operations teams.
This position is ideal for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong operational coordination skills and experience in facility management, technical services, construction, MEP, HVAC, field service, or maintenance operations.
Position Summary
The Operations & Technical Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating installations, site inspections, technical service requests, warranty claims, maintenance activities, and field operations while ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
The role will serve as the central coordination point between sales, warehouse, procurement, technicians, installers, contractors, architects, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
Coordinate installation schedules and field service activities.
Manage technician assignments and daily work orders.
Monitor project timelines and completion targets.
Ensure proper communication between departments.
Track installation progress and project status.
Technical Support
Review technical requirements for fireplaces, chimneys, gas systems, outdoor kitchens, and related products.
Support architects, contractors, and customers with technical inquiries.
Review installation drawings and specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
Ensure compliance with installation standards and safety requirements.
Facility & Field Operations Management
Conduct or coordinate site inspections.
Verify site readiness before installation.
Monitor field service quality and performance.
Coordinate warranty claims and corrective actions.
Ensure completion of inspection and installation checklists.
Customer Service & Claims Management
Manage customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate repair and maintenance visits.
Track warranty claims and resolutions.
Maintain service history records.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Track operational KPIs.
Monitor technician productivity.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Systems & Documentation
Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
Update work orders, service reports, and project files.
Support implementation and use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Ensure all installation and service documentation is completed and archived.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
Experience
2–5 years of experience in:
Facility Management
Field Service Operations

Technical Skills
Ability to read technical drawings and plans.
Understanding of mechanical systems and installations.
Knowledge of project coordination and scheduling.

Experience with ERP or field service management systems is an advantage.
