• Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor store and warehouse operations and report issues.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track KPIs and maintain accurate operational data.
• Liaise with QC, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Follow up on pending tasks and escalations.
• Support communication between field teams and management.
