Operations Supervisor – Delivery Company (Full-Time)
Salary 300-350 ( Depends on experience)
A delivery company is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in delivery operations is required.
- Previous experience in a delivery company is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Talabat, Jahez, Keeta, Get Carri, Snoonu, and similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of daily operations, driver management, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- English language is required.
- Arabic language is an advantage.
Valid Kuwait driving license is an added advantage.
Able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily delivery operations.
- Monitor driver attendance, leave, and performance.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate driver cash collections, transfers, and reconciliations.
- Handle fuel recharge requests and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow up on vehicle maintenance, traffic fines, and accidents.
- Address driver issues and customer complaints.
- Maintain employee and operational records.
- Assist with driver recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular operational updates.
