Job Purpose:
Responsible for scrutinizing documents as per the laid-out policies and procedures for the unit, maintaining and safe custody of records, ensuring professional delivery, quality service to internal/external customers, projection of professional image, maintenance of operations reports and achieving higher level of operations efficiency and accuracy in processing the loans. Since the duties of this position may also involve contacts of a high level and exposure to sensitive information, it necessitates considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
