Job Overview
The Operations Manager ensures the overall strategic and day-to-day support of the operations of the SFS Dean’s Office and other School offices and buildings which serve thousands of clients annually. The Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for all space management and day-to-day maintenance and operational issues for the SFS Dean’s Office and any School common spaces, and has a leadership role in facilities planning for the School.
Work Interactions
The Operations Manager reports to the Director of HCM Operations and Administration and works closely with the Dean, the Chief of Staff and Senior Administrative Officer, the Senior Finance Director, and other members of the SFS Dean’s Office team and other administrative units of the School. The Office Manager supervises multiple student employees.

Pay Range
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$47,586.00 – $87,558.13
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
