Operations Manager (Placement Hub) Full Time NEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation Lead to oversee the daily operations, strategic direction, and revenue growth of our Talent Hunting / Recruitment Group in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a proven track record in business development to expand our market share, optimize recruitment delivery, and maximize profitability. As the leader of the business unit, you will manage client relationships, lead a team of recruitment consultants, and ensure full compliance with the Bahrain Ministry of Labour and LMRA (Labour Market Regulatory Authority) regulations.The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields. 

Qualification, Experience and Skillset;

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8–10 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry, with at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role within an agency setting.
• Deep understanding of the Bahraini and GCC market landscape, local talent pools, and regional hiring challenges.
• Strong familiarity with LMRA procedures, visa processing frameworks, and Bahrainization quotas.
• Exceptional negotiation, sales, and financial management skills with a strong focus on P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to inspire teams, drive sales targets, and manage organizational change.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal). Arabic language skills are highly advantageous for client relations and government liaison.
