Operations Manager – Family Entertainment Centres (FEC)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join a fast-growing entertainment chain in the UAE, specialising in soft play areas and family entertainment experiences.
This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding customer experiences within the entertainment and leisure industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple locations
- Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate multi-site operational teams
- Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and overall business performance
- Identify and implement operational improvements and growth strategies
- Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and internal company policies
- Drive consistency in brand standards and guest experience across all sites
- Handle operational challenges and provide effective, timely solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in Operations Management within FEC, soft play, attractions, amusement parks, or theme parks
- Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills
- Experience managing multi-site operations is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must be based in the UAE with mandatory Dubai experience
