🔹 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – DLP Management to lead the Defects Liability Period (DLP) program for a high-profile luxury residential development. This role is responsible for full lifecycle defect management, stakeholder coordination, and successful transition of assets to operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full DLP program across residential units
• Manage stakeholders including client, operators, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure defects are logged, tracked, resolved, and verified to high standards
• Drive SLA/KPI performance (response time, resolution, satisfaction)
• Lead inspections, reporting, and quality assurance processes
• Manage resources, budgets, and program risks
• Oversee final DLP closeout and asset handover

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering / Construction / Real Estate (Master’s preferred)
• 12–15+ years experience in asset management, DLP, or project delivery
• Experience with luxury / branded residences
• Strong knowledge of defects management & warranty frameworks
• Experience with systems like IBM Maximo or CAFM tools
• PMP / MRICS preferred
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
