Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for an Operations Executive. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating operational processes, liaising with team members and clients, analyzing data to improve workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Processing skills to handle all freezones portal & a daily processes effectively and facilitate smooth business functions.
• Manage end-to-end visa procedures: Employment visas, Investor/partner visas, Family sponsorship visas & Golden visas process.
• Knowledge of trade licenses (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
• Understanding of UAE visa and immigration processesFamiliarity with government portals and procedures
• Prior experience in operational roles within the corporate services or business setup industry in the UAE is advantageous.
