Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive – Company Formation at SCORP in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operation Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to company formation, licenses, and PRO services. They will also oversee operations management tasks and ensure efficient communication within the organization.

 Business Setup Support:

• Assist clients in setting up new businesses in Dubai, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore companies.
• Provide guidance to clients on the appropriate legal structure (LLC, Sole Proprietorship, Free Zone, etc.) based on their requirements.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for company formation, trade license issuance, and other regulatory requirements.

 Government Liaison:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and government departments such as the Department of Economic Development (DED), Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, and Labour Ministry.
• Coordinate with government bodies to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the UAE related to business setup and operations.

 Visa Processing and Employee Services:

• Manage and process residency visas, work permits, and other necessary documentation for employees and company owners.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of visa applications, medical tests, Emirates ID, and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Labour and General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) for visa issuance.

 Client Communication & Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the business setup process, providing timely updates and handling queries.
• Provide personalized consultation to clients regarding the most suitable business setup options in Dubai.
• Follow up with clients to ensure all required documents and payments are submitted on time.

 Document Preparation & Filing:

• Ensure all company formation documents, including Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, trade licenses, etc., are accurately prepared and filed.
• Organize and maintain company records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with UAE laws.
