🎯 The Role: Operational Support (Junior / Senior) Manager
Although some exposure, this is not a financial analyst role for investments – rather operational support. We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to join our team in Riyadh. This is not a spectator role: you will be embedded in day-to-day supporting operations across finance, logistics, travel, research, and executive support – and you’ll be expected to take full ownership of your portfolio of tasks.
If you’re the type who waits to be told what to do, this isn’t for you. If you’re someone who spots a problem before it becomes one and already has three solutions ready : read on

🔧 What You’ll Do
You’ll be and Entrepreneurial PA/EA. Think of this as a multi-faceted role with real ownership: broad, hands-on, and closely tied to the principals and the business ops. Of course there will be a significant onboarding period and lots of time with your mentor, but down the road there there will be independence. Below some specific examples of the scope:
• Own budget segments end-to-end (estimated ~10mio SAR per year); from build and cashflow planning to variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) and rolling forecasts
• Organize executive travel independently and end-to-end; commercial and private aviation, hotels, fleet, restaurants (support on visas, passports, embassy coordination, etc.)
• Present deliverables and executive briefings independently: from first slide to board-level delivery.
• Handle multi-currency transactions, payment sheet oversight, financial mapping and reporting (also topics like insurance, VAT compliance, etc.) – for presentation to key stakeholders or departments
• Build new contacts and log these, but also uphold banking and supplier relationships or maintain other network
• Be in support some of the asset management topics (UK): capex/opex planning, monitoring (also other topics like CGT tracking vs capex)
• Plan and execute events and projects, both in KSA and abroad: sourcing, invitations, procurement, logistics, and on-the-ground delivery
• On strategic projects: deliver analytics and insights, build action plans, and support due diligence processes. You also include risk management principals during these
• Lead and work closely with team members across locations, including managing direct reports.
• You will report to the head of Office from within the PMO, and on some of the tasks (down the road) directly to the Principal

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 5–10 years of experience (strong performers with less experience are welcome to apply)
• You know how to finesse a problem into a solution
• Someone that can work on a desk and “on the go”
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (or other – if you want to switch careers and are a fast learner = no problem either).
• Professionally proficient in English (written and spoken) a must / a plus if also Arabic. If no Arabic, don’t hold yourself from applying.
• Expert-level command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (we work in the Google ecosystem with all tools)
• Confident navigating AI tools (via Gemini) beyond basic prompting for email responses
• Proven track record in confidential environments. Startup experience is welcomed as well.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, accountable, solutions-first
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders (or not afraid of that)
• Able to travel 3 to 5 months per year with previous exposure to UK/EU or other markets
• Based in Riyadh since at least one year, or a Saudi national based in Riyadh (or Saudi national genuinely willing to relocate, but preference for Riyadh based).
• Resilient under pressure, adaptable to volatile schedules and peak periods, closings, etc.
• A team player with some experience managing direct reports – this is a must
• Last but not least: you have the highest standards, respect protocol and confidentiality at all times.
