Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for the cement industry, based on-site in Cairo, Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage production processes, and ensure optimal performance across departments. Responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, optimizing resource allocation, and addressing operational challenges. The role also involves leading teams, coordinating with department heads, and driving initiatives to enhance efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Strong operational management expertise, including production planning and process improvement
• Experience managing teams, developing staff, and fostering effective communication across departments
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards and compliance protocols within the cement or similar industries
