We’re Hiring – Operations Executive

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Experience: 3–5 years in vessel operations

Industry: Maritime / Port Agency

Are you an experienced maritime professional with deep knowledge of RAK ports?

TransCap is looking for an Operations Executive to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. If you understand the rhythm of vessel calls, port clearances, and crew coordination – and you thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment – we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

✅ Coordinate vessel port calls – from arrival to departure

✅ Handle port clearances, permits, and documentation

✅ Liaise with port authorities, customs, and immigration

✅ Support crew logistics – visas, travel, medical

✅ Ensure smooth communication between vessel, principal, and internal teams

What you bring:

✅ 3–5 years of vessel operations experience

✅ Strong knowledge of RAK ports (Saqr Port, RAK Port, etc.)

✅ Familiarity with UAE port regulations and FTA permits

✅ Ability to work under pressure and respond 24/7

✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills
