Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the OPD nursing unit
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Coordinate with physicians and departments to optimize patient flow
Ensure compliance with clinical standards and healthcare regulations
Address patient concerns and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction
🔹 Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent)
Valid nursing license
Proven experience in OPD / Outpatient Department supervision
Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Availability for immediate joining is preferred
