Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Badaro, within the Beirut, Lebanon.

The On‑Call Driver & Purchasing Assistant supports private jet catering operations by transporting food orders & supplies safely and on time between the production facility and airports.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving company vehicles, ensuring secure loading and unloading of catering items.
• Pack orders exactly as requested, check order details against customer requests, and confirm accuracy before delivery.
• Checking orders against delivery notes, and maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
• The role also involves purchasing ingredients and supplies from local vendors, comparing prices and quality, and ensuring items are delivered promptly for flight preparation.
• The position requires close coordination with the kitchen and operations teams, clear communication with clients and airport personnel, and flexibility to respond to on-call requests, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong driving capabilities, including experience with Truck Driving, Motor Cycle and operating commercial vehicles.
• Valid local driving license; CDL Class A or equivalent heavy-vehicle qualification is a strong advantage where applicable.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and airport staff.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive deliveries, follow detailed instructions, and work calmly under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle safety checks, traffic regulations, and safe loading practices.
• Basic purchasing or procurement experience, including comparing suppliers and managing receipts and documentation.
• High level of reliability, integrity, and attention to detail, with a willingness to work flexible and on-call hours.
• Knowledge of the Beirut area and major routes; previous experience in catering, hospitality, aviation, or logistics is a plus.
