What You Will Be Doing
“SUEZ has submitted for a significant operations and maintenance project of water network assets in the prolific NEOM region within Saudi Arabia. The submission is currently under evaluation with the customer, and we are sharing this opportunity at pre-staffing stage of development.”
T he key purpose of the O&M Project Manager is to be responsible for all sites operations and maintenance (O&M), within the System, and lead the O&M team, to ensure delivery of all contractual responsibilities, reporting requirements and achieving both contract and sites performance targets. It is required that the O&M Project Manager appoints suitable operations, maintenance and network Managers to deliver the day-to-day activities and manage the operations and maintenance teams.
1-Development of a competent and appropriately structured team with key responsibilities and roles effectively assigned and delivered.
2-Delivery of the System operation and maintenance to meet the required agreed standards in line with the permit, legal requirements and within the financial limits determined.
3- oversee the System performance measures, trends, and metrics to tie in with contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as per Section 6 of the Scope of Work.
4-Oversight of routine reporting requirements, including communication of KPIs to ENOWA as supported by the Operations Manager [2.0].
5- Drive a continuous improvement culture through the introduction and use of appropriate tools and techniques, enabling changes in staff behavior and developments in approach as needed.
6-Review and manage procurement and investment processes and activities for all assets.
7-Stakeholder management including but not limited to the customer, our subcontractors, and other operators and suppliers working on the site.
8-Budget and P&L management
9-Coordination with in-house Procurement, Finance, Admin and HR
