Sett is looking for an Office Manager & Employee Experience to join our team and help create a welcoming, efficient workplace. This role sits at the intersection of operations and culture, you’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly while making sure our people feel valued and engaged.
Temporary (6 months)
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office activities including supplies, vendors, and equipment
Handle invoicing and administrative processes
Ensure the office runs efficiently and maintains a professional atmosphere
Onboarding experience for new hires
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives including happy hours, company events, and celebrations
Requirements:
2 years of experience in office management and employee experience
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive mindset and high sense of ownership
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Service-oriented personality with genuine care for people
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
