What You’ll Do

• Be the welcoming face of the office for employees, candidates, and guests. Ensure our space is always inspiring, organized, and stocked with what we need to succeed.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
• Plan and execute creative company events, happy hours, off-sites, and holiday celebrations that people actually want to attend.
• Manage office logistics and supplies, including the kitchen, office equipment, and general office needs.
• Help create a positive, organized, and enjoyable workplace for everyone.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, hands-on, and responsible person with a strong can-do attitude.
• 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, with hands-on involvement in employee experience and wellbeing.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and show initiative.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
