Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah for an Office Cleaner & Hospitality Specialist. The role is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming workspace, including offices, meeting rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and presentation standards. The specialist also supports hospitality services by setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, maintaining coffee and pantry areas, and responding to member requests in a professional and courteous manner. The role requires collaboration with the front-of-house and operations teams to ensure that Vertex Spaces consistently delivers a high-quality experience for all members and visitors. Qualifications
Proven experience in office cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services, with strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or front-of-house support, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to follow cleaning schedules, use cleaning equipment safely, and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact respectfully with members, visitors, and colleagues in a multicultural environment.
Strong time management, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced workspace.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift light to moderate loads for extended periods as required by daily tasks.
Previous experience in serviced offices, coworking spaces, hotels, or corporate facilities is an advantage.
Basic English language skills; Arabic language skills are an asset. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
