Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Admin role based in Egypt. The Front Office Admin will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests, managing the reception area, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing calendars, organizing office documents, and maintaining accurate records. The role will also involve preparing basic reports and presentations, supporting HR and operations with administrative tasks, and coordinating courier services, office supplies, and meeting room arrangements. The Front Office Admin is expected to communicate fluently in English, provide professional customer service, and uphold a welcoming, organized office environment.
