• Overview: As an Odoo Sales Specialist, you will drive the full sales cycle for Odoo ERP solutions, from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing. You’ll work closely with technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and ensure client success.
• Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives.
  • Present compelling Odoo demonstrations tailored to client-specific requirements.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, modules, and industry trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Skills/Technologies: This role demands a strong command of ERP systems, particularly Odoo, coupled with exceptional Sales acumen. You’ll leverage your understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Development, and Consultative Selling to succeed. Experience with Project Management principles and basic Data Analysis will also be highly beneficial.
