We are looking for a motivated ERP Sales Consultant with proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales—ideally in ERP, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, or related systems, with a strong focus on Odoo ERP for medium-sized businesses.

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and consultative Sales Consultant who can identify business opportunities, understand client challenges, and position Odoo ERP as the solution to improve efficiency, visibility, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
• Research target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Generate qualified meetings and discovery sessions.

Consultative Sales

• Understand customer business processes, challenges, and objectives.
• Conduct discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Advise clients on ERP best practices and digital transformation strategies.
• Position Odoo solutions based on business needs rather than features alone.

Solution Presentation

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and ERP Consultants to prepare tailored solutions.
• Coordinate proof-of-concepts and workshops when required.
• Present implementation approaches, timelines, and expected ROI.

Proposal & Negotiation

• Prepare commercial proposals, scope documents, and quotations.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Follow up consistently until deal closure.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation teams.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Market Intelligence

• Stay updated on Odoo developments, AI trends, and ERP market changes.
• Monitor competitors and industry developments.
• Share market insights with management and delivery teams.

Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business understanding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate with CEOs, CFOs, Operations Managers, and Business Owners.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling ERP, SaaS, Software, or IT services.
• Knowledge of business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR, or Procurement.
• Experience with Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar solutions.
• Experience in the Middle East or African markets.
