Job Description
Lead the implementation of Odoo ERP modules across the company
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Coordinate with departments (production, finance, HR, inventory, etc.)
Customize and configure Odoo system according to company needs
Train users and provide ongoing technical support
Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers when needed
Improve and optimize business processes through ERP solutions
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing or services
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication and training skills
Experience with SQL, Python (preferred but not required)
