Job Summary
The OCM Lead (Organizational Change Management) will be responsible for leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt. This role requires a hands-on change management professional who can drive business engagement, stakeholder alignment, communications, training coordination, and user readiness to support the successful adoption of new SAP processes and ways of working.
The successful candidate will work closely with business teams, functional leads, and the central program team to ensure the organization is fully prepared for cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation adoption.
