We’re looking for a mid-level designer to join our team and work across our client portfolio. You’ll touch social, brand, packaging, and motion. You’ll work alongside our content team, our design manager, our creative director, and your designer colleagues, and your work will go everywhere from social feeds to packaging shelves.

What you’ll do

• Design across social, brand, packaging, and digital for a portfolio of clients
• Storyboard animations, pull references, sketch the arc, hand it off
• Use AI generative tools as part of your toolkit (Firefly and Higgsfield mainly)
• Help shape brand identities
• Mentor junior designers as you grow into the role

You’ll fit if

• You have 3+ years in design and a portfolio that shows real range
• You’re fluent in Illustrator and Photoshop
• You’ve worked with AI image-generation tools and know when to use which
• You read briefs carefully and execute against intent, not interpretation
• You can defend any design choice in one sentence
• You’re comfortable with storyboarding for motion work

Bonus if

• You can animate (After Effects)
• You’ve done UX/UI, landing pages, app interfaces, design systems
• You speak the language of behavioral marketing (or you’re curious to learn it)
