Mid Level Architect Full Time NEW

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working on residential & commercial projects
• Developing architectural plans and drawings in line with code regulations and guidelines
• Working on permitting documents / architectural plans
• Coordinating with different engineering trades

Key Requirements:

• Holder of Architectural degree from a reputable Lebanese university
• Technical Skills Required: Architectural Software applications, Design, Architectural Calculations, Strong AutoCAD and BIM Handling capabilities.
• Previous experience (4+ years)
• Rendering Capabilities
• Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness
• Languages: Professional English is critical for the job (speaking & writing)
• Important character traits: Loyalty, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Decency, and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
• Oriented, and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
• Must have your own laptop and cellphone.
• Excellent attention to details and quality checking.
