The MEP Supervisor leads MEP installation delivery, ensuring safe execution, compliance with design , accurate verification records, and readiness for commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day MEP installation to ensure workmanship meets drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Plan and sequence works to achieve milestones, monitor progress, productivity and risks to minimize delays.
Carry out installation verification for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, including materials, routes, supports and terminations.
Maintain and review inspection and test records; ensure non-conformances are raised and closed with QA/QC support.
Record and update as-built information and support handover documentation (test certificates, O&M inputs and drawing updates).
Qualifications & Requirements
3–8 years’ experience in MEP site supervision/foreman roles on medium to large construction projects.
Strong practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing installations, with the ability to read technical drawings and as-built information.
Proven leadership, organisation and communication skills, with a proactive approach to quality and safety.
Willingness to travel between sites and support occasional extended hours to meet programme demands.
