Position: MEP Planning Engineer

Location: Dubai / UAE

Experience Required: 5–8 years in MEP projects (UAE experience preferred). Candidate must currently be available in the UAE

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Planning Engineer with a proven track record on commercial and residential construction projects in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems while managing civil dependencies on active construction projects.

What You Need:

• 5-8 years of hands-on MEP planning experience in UAE construction projects
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling
• Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection)
• Experience with material submittals, shop drawings, and Construction Logs
• Knowledge of UAE Authority Procedure
• Ability to manage procurement timelines and resource planning
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain MEP project schedules in P6
• Coordinate MEP design, procurement, and installation activities
• Track material submittals and shop drawing approvals
• Monitor progress and report delays to project management
• Work with Civil contractor and subcontractors
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders
