Role Description

ATLAS BAY is seeking a skilled MEP Estimator for an on-site, contract position at our Dammam location. The MEP Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project specifications, analyzing blueprints, researching materials and equipment costs, coordinating with subcontractors, and using estimation software to prepare accurate bids. The role works closely with the project management team to ensure alignment with project goals and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their cost estimation
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
• Experience using estimation software and tools for preparing cost analyses
• Knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and industry standards
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with team members and subcontractors
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience as an MEP Estimator in the construction industry is highly desirable
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project estimation tools
• Ability to work on-site in Dammam and manage deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment
