Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Medical Content Creator & Strategist to lead our content efforts across a diverse business group. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex medical information and engaging, patient-centric storytelling. You will be responsible for everything from high-level content strategy and tone-of-voice development to the hands-on creation of scripts, social media posts, and professional PR materials. The ideal candidate is a creative wordsmith who can navigate medical terminology with ease and adapt their writing style for different platforms and audiences.
1. Content Strategy & Branding
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the business group’s objectives.
Define and maintain a specific tone of voice and language style for various medical and commercial brands.
Manage and audit content across the entire business group to ensure brand consistency.
2. Digital & Social Media
Create high-engagement content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to both patients and professional partners.
Write and optimize website content, including blog articles, service descriptions, and landing pages (SEO-friendly).
3. Multimedia & Video Production
Develop creative concepts and write full, detailed scripts for educational, promotional, and testimonial videos.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure the medical accuracy and creative vision of video projects are met.
4. Physical & Indoor Collateral
Design and write copy for indoor digital screens (waiting areas, lobbies) to improve patient experience and education.
Draft professional content for brochures, flyers, and business cards.
Create clear, concise, and professional copy for facility signage and wayfinding.
5. PR & Corporate Communications
Draft Press Releases (PR), internal announcements, and executive communications.
Manage the professional reputation of the business group through authoritative and ethical medical reporting.
Education & Experience
Medical Background: A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Dental, or a related healthcare field is highly preferred (to ensure deep understanding of medical content).
Proven Portfolio: Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, or medical journalism.
Strategic Experience: Proven ability to develop content calendars and long-term communication strategies.
Technical Skills
Medical Literacy: Ability to interpret clinical data, medical research, and healthcare trends into layman’s terms without losing accuracy.
Expert Writing & Editing: Exceptional command of the language (both English and/or Arabic as required) with a keen eye for grammar, flow, and medical nuance.
Scriptwriting: Experience in writing for the “ear” and “eye,” creating scripts that translate well to video and audio formats.
Soft Skills & Competencies
Creativity: A “Type A” creative thinker who can find unique angles for routine medical topics to drive engagement.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage content for multiple entities (Hospitals, Pharmacies, Schools, etc.) simultaneously.

Experience with SEO tools and digital marketing analytics.
