As the Media Agency Lead and performance expert, you are responsible for briefing, steering and evaluating all media agencies (brand & performance media, paid social, always-on, search, OOH), ensuring that every euro invested delivers measurable impact.
You are the regional guardian of media performance: from validating country-level media plans to monitoring ROAS, dashboards and analytics, you identify under- and over-performing markets and make data-driven recommendations to optimize the media mix.
You serve as the central coordination point between HQ, the regional marketing team, media agencies and local partners – ensuring flawless campaign execution, on-time asset delivery and full budget accountability.

Profile
Your experience Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business or equivalent 5+ years’ experience in media planning, digital performance or media agency management (Luxury, Retail or FMCG industries are a plus) Fluent in English. Arabic is a real plus (written & spoken) Proven expertise in performance media: paid social, search (SEA), programmatic, CTV, OOH Strong knowledge of media measurement frameworks: ROAS, brand lift, reach & frequency, attribution modeling Demonstrated experience working with media planning tools and performance dashboards (ThePlan or similar) Track record of managing and optimizing significant media budgets across multiple markets Solid understanding of the Middle East & India media landscape, consumer behavior and digital ad market trends Experience coordinating with HQ teams and distributing campaign assets & toolkits across markets Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI, Tableau or equivalent is a plus Photoshop / basic creative tool literacy is a plus for asset review and briefing Rigorous, detail-oriented and comfortable managing budgets and invoice reconciliation with Finance
