🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Media Director to lead our media strategy, oversee content distribution, and drive audience growth across all channels.

You will be responsible for shaping the organization’s media vision, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring all media initiatives align with business and brand objectives.

• Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across digital, social, video, and traditional platforms
• Oversee media planning, buying, optimization, and performance tracking
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution and ensure alignment with brand goals
• Direct content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Analyze audience insights, market trends, and campaign performance data
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, PR, and production teams
• Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, publishers, and partners
• Oversee media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
• 7–12+ years of experience in media strategy, advertising, communications, or digital marketing leadership
• Strong expertise in media planning, audience targeting, and performance analytics
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and media budgets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience working with media agencies, platforms, and production teams
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, content distribution, and audience behavior
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive large-scale media initiatives
