Alexander McQueen is a British luxury house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen. Established in London in 1992, the house joined the Kering Group in 2001 and has been under the creative direction of Seán McGirr since December 2023.

Job Description
The McQueen Team Manager will be responsible for maximizing team performance in to achieve store targets and goals with a strong focus on people management and development. Working on the shop floor, taking ownership for leading and inspiring the team. Empowering and equipping the team to deliver exceptional service culture and client experience.
The ideal candidate must perform with a high level of integrity, supporting with the store operations, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as visual merchandising presentation. The Team Manager leads by example and guarantees excellence in Client experience through local market knowledge and promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the marketplace. They will drive excellence in all Client touchpoints through empowering and developing the store team.
