Key Responsibilities:
- Fully manage and operate the company’s Trendyol account.
- Handle additional marketplace platforms if applicable.
- Manage product listings catalog structure content and images.
- Monitor daily operations orders and coordinate with customer service & logistics teams.
- Manage pricing strategies promotions discounts and campaigns.
- Lead revenue growth and achieve significant sales uplift.
- Develop and execute a clear growth plan to scale sales from X to Y within a defined period.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as: ( Conversion Rate – Traffic
- – Sales Performance )
- Optimize product visibility and improve marketplace ranking.
- Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
- Handle returns and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketplace management.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Trendyol (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in Pricing &Catalog management, promotions, Campaign management and Returns handling.
- Experience in GCC markets (Saudi Arabia preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
