We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Account Manager who can build strong client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction while identifying growth opportunities.
About the Role:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for both acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, recommending suitable marketing solutions, and ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, increasing client retention, and expanding service adoption across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and business partnerships.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, goals, and opportunities.
- Present Four Brand’s services and marketing solutions in a consultative manner.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and business value.
- Understand each client’s objectives and ensure alignment with service delivery teams.
- Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a smooth communication flow.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Growth & Client Retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts.
- Recommend additional services that support client growth objectives.
- Support contract renewals and maintain strong retention rates.
- Track account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a healthy client portfolio while maximizing account value.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate closely with Strategists, Media Buyers, Video Editors, Designers, and Content Teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Clearly communicate client objectives, requirements, and expectations to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records within CRM and project management systems.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and client communications.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role within a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including:
(Social Media, Content, Media Buying, Branding, Web/App Development, Media Production, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using CRM and project management tools such as Zoho, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
