Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marine Coordinator based in Dubai. The Marine Coordinator will oversee daily vessel operations and logistics. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, providing operational support, and coordinating with different stakeholders for efficient and cost-effective operations. The role requires proactive problem-solving and communication to maintain the smooth running of maritime activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marine Operations and Vessel Operations to support day-to-day vessel activities effectively
• Understanding of the Marine Industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
• Previous experience in ship management or similar roles is an advantage
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools related to marine operations
• Flexibility for a hybrid working environment and willingness to be based in Dubai
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Maritime Studies or Logistics
